NEIGHBORHOODS TO EXPLORE
These diverse neighborhoods range from the ultra-glamorous to the up and coming. Each one offers something unique and different to the Fort Lauderdale way of life.
1. Victoria Park
You’ve arrived to gorgeous multimillion homes on streets lined with old oak trees. Your best bet is to jump on a bike and explore this neighborhood and adjoining Holiday Park with its plethora of fuel amenities.
2. Wilton Manors
Consider this the gay mecca and head to The Drive any night of the week, where there’s always at least one bustling bar or dance club jam packed with night crawlers.
3. Oakland Park
A burgeoning town growing with its own craft breweries, and a variety of thrift store and consignment shops offering everything from tchotchkes to really cool vintage finds.
4. Lauderdale By The Sea
Just as the name implies, the main town center features oceanside bars, restaurants, surf shops and Anglin's Pier, which jets out into the Atlantic Ocean. Grab a fishing pole, some bait, and catch your dinner.

401 NE 5th Terrace
There's no other place like it, with its backyard party space complete with Airbus Trailer that opens up and doubles as a walk up bar. Inside, walls are decorated with graffiti and a diverse collection of art from local artists.
2100 S. Ocean Lane
This is the spot. Grab some grub, throw it in a back pack, and include a throw. Head down to this beach to sit back and watch some of the largest cruise ships ease past you.
