Neighborhoods to Explore
These diverse neighborhoods range from the ultra-glamorous to the up and coming. Each one offers something unique and different to the Fort Lauderdale way of life.
1. Victoria Park
You’ve arrived to gorgeous multimillion homes on streets lined with old oak trees. Your best bet is to jump on a bike and explore this neighborhood and adjoining Holiday Park that has a plethora of fuel amenities.
2. Wilton Manors
Consider this the gay mecca and head to The Drive any night of the week where there’s always at least one bustling bar or dance club jam packed with party-goers.
3. Oakland Park
A burgeoning town with its own craft breweries, plus a variety of thrift store and consignment shops.
4. Lauderdale By The Sea
Just as the name implies, the main town center features ocean–side bars, restaurants, surf shops and Anglin's Pier, which jets out into the Atlantic Ocean. Grab a fishing pole, some bait and catch your dinner.

We’re not saying to bring this along, but it might come in handy as alcohol is not sold or permitted on the beach.
