1 Tbsp. agave nectar, 6-8 mint leaves

1 Tbsp. lime juice

2 oz. white rum

2 oz. coconut water

Club soda

Now What:

  1. Muddle mint leaves with agave nectar and lime juice in cocktail glass.
  2. Add ice cubes, rum, and coconut water.

2 oz. Pisco

1 oz. lime juice

3/4 oz. simple syrup

Fresh basil

NOW WHAT:

  1. Smack 3 basil leaves and place in mixing glass.
  2. Pour in Pisco, lime juice and simple syrup.
  3. Fill with ice and shake. Double strain in a double rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with lime and fresh basil.
