Turn Up Sleep, Eat, Record, Repeat: W Sound Suites Kick Off in Bali
With a rich history of fostering musical talent and pushing boundaries, W Hotels is introducing a new way for bands and DJs to get creative. And this time, it’s on the road. Get inside the first of many W Sound Suites, a private music studio at W Hotels giving touring musicians a space to record in an awe-inspiring location.

Kicking off at W Bali – Seminyak, the Bali Sound Suite will host a slew of artists we love while they tour the globe. Starting off, Los Angeles based DJ duo, Classixx, along with DJ White Shadow, will be christening the suite with some exclusive tracks, sharing their process and product right here on The Angle.
“I’ve run into many challenges including costly studio rentals, the risk of disturbing other guests, and not being able to find a suitable place to listen to or create music,” says DJ White Shadow, aka Paul Blair, our North American Music Director, on the difficulties of working while on the road. In partnership with Coca Cola, more Sound Suites will be opening at W Hotels around the world, from Barcelona to Hollywood to Seattle, and beyond.
