Get ready for a weekend full of Detox. Retox. Repeat. Below is a sample itinerary for one day but we have three full days of excitement planned for the weekend. We want to keep some things a surprise – this is just a taste.

 

Wake up, show up and sweat it out in the Swiss mountains. Each morning you have the option to kickstart your day with an energizing yoga class or high-intensity boot camp. Workouts will be lead by expert trainers each day starting at 8am ending around 6pm.

Following your morning workout breakfast will be served, an opportunity to take a breath, soak in the views and fuel your body.

9AM – 11AM  W kitchen breakfast

 

Our itinerary has been expertly designed for you to flow between workouts targeting different energy systems and muscle groups. The day continues with two workouts before lunch, prepare to challenge your body, but if you choose to opt out that’s fine too. You get to choose your adventure.

11AM – Paola’s Body Barre

12:15PM  Masterrides

 

Lunch is to be enjoyed at your leisure. We propose a sun-soaked aprés-workout bite at the Arctic Juice & Cafe or ‘Place Blanch.’ Then head into the great outdoors with a choice to either e-bike or hike up the mountain. We’ve got a few surprises when you arrive – get ready to keep your heart rate elevated with epic views. As you cool off, celebrity chef Tess Ward will teach you how to prepare healthy bites as you sip on fresh cocktails and listen to beats.

2:30 – Hike or e-bike

4:00 – Faisal & Roger strength HIIT

5:30 – Naked diet with Tess Ward

6:30 – Après sweat

 

Guest are invited to join us for an energetic evening to celebrate the shared experiences of the day. W Verbier curated a menu using the freshest ingredients. You will have more time to mix and mingle after dinner while our music director, Kristina Dalgova, takes over the DJ booth.
