For over ten years, Colombia’s chart topping electro band Bomba Estereo has pushed the envelope in experimental Latin music, combining the psychedelic sounds and audio-visuals of artist Simón Mejía with the energetic vocals of singer Li Saumet. The effervescent duo continues to thrive with multiple Latin Grammy nominations, a collaboration with Will Smith on the song “Fiesta,” and the top selling record in Colombia in 2016 under their belts. Now Bomba Estereo is hitting the road for an all new tour through the United States, saying “adios for now” to their hometown of Bogota.

We sent the band on their way with a quick fire round of quirky questions at W Bogota, asking Li and Simón to answer fast and sometimes agree to disagree on foods, nightlife and what to steal from their favorite hotel.
